Editor's Review
Wearable devices are often more hassle than help until you get them paired properly—and this app makes that process refreshingly painless. I connected my smartwatch in under a minute via Bluetooth, and the notification sync kicked in immediately. Incoming calls and messages appeared on my wrist without delay, and the health tracking captured my steps and sleep data reliably.

Mi Fitness Official Introduction
Depending on the device model you’ve paired and the specific usage scenario,
the app may request the following device permissions.
Required Permissions
These permissions are essential for app functionality. Denying any of them will prevent the app from performing its core functions.
None
Optional Permissions
These permissions enable additional features. Refusing them will not affect your ability to use the app’s other features and services.

The app will request the above permissions when you use the corresponding functions, and you can choose whether to grant them. If your phone's system version is earlier than Android 6.0, you may be unable to enable or disable permissions manually. We recommend updating your phone system. Note: Updating your operating system will not automatically change the permission settings of the installed app. To reset these permissions, uninstall and reinstall the app.
Mi Fitness Tips
Turn on Bluetooth and location services before you try to pair your device. Most connection failures for new users happen because one of those two is turned off.
Fill out your height, weight and age accurately in your profile. All the calorie burn and fitness calculations use those numbers, so wrong inputs throw off every metric.
Enable sleep tracking on your wearable first, then check the app each morning. The full breakdown takes a minute to sync after you wake up, so give it time to pull all the data.
Don’t go overboard with notifications at first. Only enable alerts for the apps you actually need, otherwise your band will buzz nonstop and drain battery fast.
All in all, it’s not the most feature-packed fitness app out there, and it’s obviously built first and foremost for Xiaomi hardware. But if you already use a Xiaomi band or watch, it does exactly what it needs to do: syncs reliably, presents health data clearly, and gives you all the device controls you need in one place. It’s free, regularly updated, and works smoothly on most modern Android phones.
