Oura

Oura APK (Latest Version v7.19.1) for Android

7.19.1 Android 11.0+

Editor's Review

A wearable that just tracks your steps without telling you anything useful is a glorified pedometer. Oura’s companion app turns biometric data into clear, actionable daily guidance. I wore the ring for a week, and the Readiness score gave me a practical reason to take a rest day when my body was clearly fighting fatigue.

Oura Tips

Wear it consistently for at least a week first. The first few days of scores are just baseline estimates. It takes 7+ nights for the algorithm to learn your personal patterns, so don’t stress if your early numbers feel off.

Check Readiness first thing, not just Sleep Score. Sleep is important, but Readiness is the one that actually tells you how to structure your day. Use it to adjust your workout intensity instead of forcing a fixed schedule.

Tag your days and habits. Add tags for things like coffee late in the day, alcohol, travel, or hard workouts. Over time the app will show you how those things actually affect your sleep and recovery, which is way more useful than generic advice.

Don’t obsess over perfect scores. You don’t need a 90+ every night. The real value is spotting trends over time, not chasing a perfect number every single day.

It’s not perfect. You need the actual Oura Ring to get any data — the app is useless on its own. Most of the advanced features and the full Advisor tool require an active membership on top of the hardware cost. And if you’re used to feature-packed fitness watch apps, you’ll find the activity tracking pretty basic compared to dedicated sport watches.
