Good Lock is the reason I stopped feeling bored with my Samsung phone. I installed it and spent a good hour tweaking the lock screen with LockStar, adjusting the Quick Panel with QuickStar, and setting up custom navigation gestures with NavStar. The Home Up plugin gave me grid options that the default launcher never offered.
