SNES9x EX+ is an emulator that actually delivers on low latency—something a lot of others claim but don't pull off. I've been playing through classic RPGs with a PS4 controller and the input lag is barely there. On-screen controls work fine in a pinch too. Loads ROMs from anywhere on my device, even external drives. Perfect for retro gaming fans who want accurate emulation on Android.
