You can build unlimited independent process diagrams in one project file. Click the New diagram button on the diagram management panel to create blank drawing canvases for different business processes (procurement, HR approval, sales workflows, etc.).
Standard BPMN Pool & Lane Role Division
The tool provides dedicated pool and lane components for dividing process participants. Drag the lane tool from the left sidebar into the main process pool, then rename lanes to label different stakeholders (Requester, Boss, Purchase Department) to clarify task ownership of every step.
Drag-and-Drop Process Element Editing
All standard BPMN symbols (start events, task activities, exclusive gateways, end events) are stored in the left sidebar. Simply drag any shape onto the corresponding lane, connect elements with flow lines to build complete logical workflows, and right-click any shape to select Edit text to modify labels.
