GameCube and Wii games on Android sounds too good to be true until you actually try it. Dolphin Emulator made me replay Mario Kart Wii on my tablet, and the performance was surprisingly smooth with a few graphical tweaks. The enhancements—higher resolution, anti-aliasing, texture filtering—breathe new life into older titles.

Dolphin Emulator is a 64-bit app. Most phones and tablets can install and run 64-bit apps, but older devices and devices with little RAM might not be able to. As for Android TV, the only devices known to be compatible with Dolphin are:
